Sometimes it just don’t work

Sometimes our glazing doesn’t always go as planned

It’s took a lot of trial and error when figuring out what glazes to use.

 We both knew we wanted to be able to create our art work on pottery to not only give it a unique twist  but to make each piece special.  We definitely got disheartened when opening the kiln after this piece was painted but luckily we quickly figured out what to use and how to use underglaze to fit our painting style But I still look back at the before photo and admire how beautiful this painting was with all the green details! One thing we have learned about any glaze is that it doesn’t always turn out like you want but sometimes you stumble on to a mixture of colors that are just breath taking!
